We all need healthy foods. Here’s Why.

The human body is like a vehicle. It runs on specific fuel. If you go on and put stuff that is not fuel into the tank, it’s probably going to stop working.

This is what happened to our bodies.

They are so filled of filth, that they have become completely useless.

Alcohol. Cigs. Nasty human dog food.

Yes, yes, we are all guilty, but starting NOW we can do something about it.

We need to take it day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute, second by second, listening to our thoughts and stomach.

I heard it through the grapevine, if you aren’t hungry enough to eat an apple, don’t eat at all.

I will do THAT today. So far so good.

Here we go.

Healthy Foods – The Future

Sometimes I can’t stand healthy foods. Why does it have to be that the good stuff is so bad for us? Why can’t we create food that is calorie less?

In this day an age, you’d think we would spend some resources trying to develop edible food for our bodies.

We are constantly putting stuff in our bodies that make it go slow and be weak.

Stuff like burgers, chips, sodas, candy and fries are a big no no if we want a healthy body.

Let’s analyze this real quick.

If we had bioengineered food that was half the calories that it is now, do you think we would have a healthier society?

I can picture the future of food: A full blown McDonalds’s meal, the same quality taste, without all the bad stuff. Kinda like the e-cig.

What a dreamer I am.

But hey, I know a lot of people would love that.
